Our apartments are authentic, carefully decorated, and sometimes decorated with personal items to create a home-like atmosphere. They belong to traveling Parisians or are located in authorized commercial premises. In Paris, the law is strict: only primary residences and commercial or hotel accommodations may be rented, whether with us, on Airbnb, or on Booking.com.
Location
We offer apartments in safe and quiet neighborhoods, located close to major tourist attractions or public transportation. You'll find a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries within easy reach.
Parisian experience
Our apartments are carefully prepared to welcome you into a clean and pleasant space. Like many Parisian buildings, they have their own charm... but also their own little quirks: creaky parquet floors, audible neighbors, or the bustle of a café. Reservations
To book, simply submit a request, which will be validated by the owner. Once accepted, the first payment is taken and your reservation is confirmed. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your arrival according to the conditions indicated in the listing. Availability generally opens 4 to 6 months in advance, and the offer changes throughout the year. Rates vary depending on location, standard, number of travelers, and length of stay.
